Bayram Tekçe

Born in Ereğli, Zonguldak, in 1972, Bayram Tekçe graduated from Ereğli Anatolian High School and then from the Department of Dutch Language and Literature at Ankara University, Faculty of Languages and History-Geography, as a Philologist.

Mr. Tekçe started his professional career as a licensed tourist guide under the roof of the Ministry of Tourism. As a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Guides (IRO), he guided Dutch and Belgian tourists on cultural tours between 1996 and 2004. Mr. Tekçe also worked as a simultaneous interpreter and organizer for UEFA sports competitions.

These field experiences provided Mr. Tekçe with a great opportunity to develop language and communication skills, recognize and understand foreign cultures, along with gaining unique experiences to establish systems and manage organizations. These significant achievements have been the milestones of his success in real estate sales to foreigners today.

Mr. Tekçe founded Antalya Homes Emlak A.Ş., whose legal name today is Tekce Overseas Gayrimenkul A.Ş, in 2004, when real estate sales to foreigners became legal in Türkiye. Since then, Mr. Tekçe has led several firsts in the real estate sector. Tekçe, who closely follows the latest global trends with his innovative vision, was the first to recognize that Bitcoin, the first currency launched in the crypto world, could be used as a means of payment in the real estate market.

Tekçe, who made the world’s first real estate sale with Bitcoin in September 2017, converted crypto payments on foreign exchanges, where he was an accredited broker, thereby ensuring significant foreign currency inflows to Turkey. Tekçe invested in Proptech and launched the first systematic online real estate sales platform in Türkiye with TeleProperty, a remote purchasing system he introduced in 2008.

TEKCE Real Estate took the first step towards becoming a global company in 2017. By establishing Tekce Overseas SA, headquartered in Málaga, Spain, the company began operating in the Spanish real estate market, serving buyers from around the world under the Spain Homes ® brand. In 2018, Tekçe established TEKCE Exclusive Gayrimenkul Pazarlama AŞ, which manages the organization of professional sales offices.

Bayram Tekçe has transformed TEKCE into a corporate real estate brokerage that offers foreign real estate investors a “new way of living” through integrated services. Tekçe has established a company organization that provides 360-degree services across all areas of the real estate market, guiding the entire investment journey of foreign investors from property acquisition to starting their new life, with consultancy in visa, finance, and legal matters alongside after-sales services. In 2018, Tekçe established the 'Real Estate Export Committee' in the Real Estate Investors Association (GYODER) by using the concept of 'real estate export' for the first time. Chairing this committee, Tekçe laid the foundations of major goals for 2025. 

Interested in finance, technology, and real estate, and believing in the synergy among these fields, Bayram Tekçe brought his sales experience gained in real estate and real estate portfolio management, as well as his mastery of exit strategies, to the field of investment funds as of 2020. Tekçe launched a major development and led the first in Antalya, the main center where activities are carried out, and where international investors invest directly. Tekçe, who established Antalya's first 3 investment funds in the areas of "venture capital and real estate investment", introduced the First Tekçe Land Property Investment Fund to the industry, creating a great chance for land investments.

Focusing on sustainable projects in the crypto market, Fintech, and Proptech, Bayram Tekçe founded Apenin Technology AG, a crypto asset management company that provides crypto gateway services, in Switzerland in 2022, where commercial payments with cryptocurrency are authorized. In the same year, Tekçe added a new one to the integrated services that he had started in the real estate field. In 2022, TEKCE Visa was launched as the registered trademark of Tekce Legal Consultancy SA, a legal consultancy company established in Spain in partnership with Özkan Tekçe. TEKCE Visa provides legal consultancy services on all matters for individuals seeking opportunities to start a new life abroad through real estate purchases.

A visionary entrepreneur, Bayram Tekçe, continued to invest in innovative fields. In collaboration with guitarist Cem Köksal and Bahtiyar Balci, he founded Shark Instruments Sanat Ürünleri AŞ, Turkey's first guitar production factory, in 2018 and began mass production in 2025.

Tekçe, who established the GYODER Real Estate Export Committee in 2018, started his civil society activities with the “real estate export vision” for Türkiye. Between 2020 and 2023, he served on the board of directors as the Founding Vice President of the Real Estate Service Exporters Association (GİGDER), and has served as Chairman of the Board of GİGDER since 2023. 

TEKCE group companies are members of the Service Exporters Association, the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK), and the Spain Business Council.

Bayram Tekçe, who speaks English and Dutch at an advanced level, is married and has 2 children.
