He has led and steered many trends with his innovative vision. He channeled his supervision to thousands of international investors in real estate purchases with the Antalya Homes brand that he started this journey with, in 2004. He finalized the first real estate sale in the world with Bitcoin in September 2017 and launched TeleProperty, the first online international sales system in Turkey.
Bayram Tekçe is an opinion pioneer who put forward the first structural studies and goals with the committees he established in non-governmental organizations and conducted the most comprehensive research and publications in this field. He was the first leader in Turkey to articulate the concept of "real estate exports". Mr. Tekçe, who is also among the founding fathers and is the elected chairman of GİGDER with the mission of institutionalizing the sector and implementing sustainable policies into practice rapidly, continues his work in different fields with the vision of creating social and economic value for several business fields in Turkey.

Founded in 2004, Tekce Overseas Gayrimenkul AŞ is a real estate company providing services to international investors with a total of 20 offices in 5 countries including Turkey, Cyprus, Spain, Sweden, and Dubai. The company is known for its sub-brands Antalya Homes ®, Istanbul Homes ®, Trabzon Homes ®, and Bursa Homes ® brands in Turkey and Spain Homes ® brand in Spain.
Tekce Visa is the registered brand of Tekce Legal Consultancy SA, a company founded in collaboration with Özkan Tekçe in Spain. Tekce Visa provides professional legal consultancy services in all matters to individuals who look for opportunities to start a new life abroad through real estate purchasing.
Founded in Turkey and Switzerland, Apenin is a crypto asset management company providing crypto gateway services. Apenin was launched in the first quarter of 2022, offering a wide range of services to investors in 4 main categories: real estate purchasing with crypto assets, luxury goods trading, trading in the OTC market, and crypto-based wealth management.
Bayram Tekçe collaborated with Neo Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. to establish a real estate investment fund, specializing in land investment in the property market. The fund started its operations in 2022, focusing on purchasing and selling large-scale land portfolios of corporate clients.
As an online publishing platform in the real estate sector, Emsal.com acts as a digital library that offers original, quality, and unbiased content focusing on recent developments and analyses of the real estate market, created by expert writers. The non-profit initiative started its publishing life in 2022.
Founded in 2019 with the collaboration of Turkish guitarist and musician Cem Köksal and Bahtiyar Balcı, Shark Instruments operates with the aim of designing, manufacturing, and marketing patented innovative instruments in the domestic and international trade arena.
Civil Society Studies
Bayram Tekçe, who co-founded the Real Estate International Promotion Association (GİGDER) which is the reference source of the Turkish real estate sector in the international market and operates to develop and promote real estate exports, together with Faruk Akbal. Mr. Tekçe currently is the Vice President and Chairman of the Research and Publications Committee of the association.
The Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) is a business diplomacy organization that operates to improve the economic, commercial, industrial, and financial relations between Turkey and international communities. TEKCE group company is a member of DEIK. Bayram Tekçe is a member of the board of directors of the Spain Business Council of DEİK.
The Service Exporters' Association (HIB) within the company structure of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) is an association that aims to establish Turkey's service export strategy. Along with including the real estate sector in the scope of "service exports" in 2022, TEKCE group company take its place among the first companies in the sector to become a member of HIB.
Bayram Tekçe established the Real Estate Export Committee in 2018 under the roof of the Real Estate Investors Association (GYODER), the umbrella organization of the real estate sector. Until 2022, he conducted the committee as the founding chairman. This committee is the first non-governmental organization in Turkey that makes "real estate service exports" its focus subject.
Biography
Bayram Tekçe was born in Ereğli, Zonguldak in 1972. Mr. Tekçe graduated from Ereğli Anatolian High School and then graduated from the Department of Dutch Language and Literature in the Faculty of Languages and History-Geography of Ankara University as a Philologist.
Tekçe started his professional career as a licensed professional tourist guide under the roof of the Ministry of Tourism. As a member of the Istanbul Chamber of Guides (IRO), he guided Dutch and Belgian tourists on cultural tours between 1996 and 2004. Mr. Tekçe also worked as a simultaneous interpreter and organizer for UEFA sports competitions.
This gave Tekçe a great opportunity to develop language and communication skills, along with gaining unique experiences to establish systems and manage organizations to improve cultural contact by interacting with and understanding diverse cultures. These significant achievements have been the milestones of his success in real estate sales to foreigners today.
Mr. Tekçe founded Antalya Homes Emlak A.Ş., whose legal name today is Tekce Overseas Gayrimenkul A.Ş, in 2004 when the sale of real estate to foreigners become legal in the constitution. Since then, he has led several firsts in the real estate sector. Mr. Tekçe, who closely follows the latest trends in the world with his innovative vision, was the first to see that Bitcoin, which was launched as the first currency of the crypto world, could be used as a means of payment in the real estate market.
Mr. Tekçe made the first real estate sale with Bitcoin in the world in September 2017 and promoted a large amount of foreign currency flow to Turkey by exchanging crypto payments on foreign stock markets where he is an accredited broker. Tekçe invested in the field of Proptech with his envision and launched the first systematic sample of online real estate sales in Turkey with a remote purchasing system that he launched in 2008 known as TeleProperty.
Tekce Overseas took the first step towards becoming a global company in 2017. By establishing Tekce Overseas SA based in Málaga, Spain, it started operating in the Spanish real estate market, appealing to buyers from all over the world under the Spain Homes ® brand. In 2018, Mr. Tekçe established Tekce Exclusive Gayrimenkul Pazarlama AŞ, which manages the organization of professional sales offices.
Bayram Tekçe has transformed Tekce Overseas into a corporate real estate brokerage company that offers a “new way of living” to foreign real estate investors with integrated services. Tekçe has established a company organization that provides extensive services in every field of the real estate market and offers consultancy in obtaining visas, finance, and legal procedures to guide the entire investment journey of foreign buyers from finding the best property that matches their expectations to start living in it.
In 2018, Tekçe established the 'Real Estate Export Committee in the Real Estate Investors Association (GYODER) by using the concept of 'real estate export' for the first time. Mr. Tekçe laid the foundations of major aims for 2025 by chairing the Real Estate Export Committee.
Along with real estate, Bayram Tekçe believes in the synergy of the fields of finance and technology which he is also highly interested in, and has taken the initiative to combine them, by carrying his sales experience gained in real estate, his real estate portfolio, and his dominance in exit strategies to the field of investment funds as of 2020. Tekçe launched a major development and led a first in Antalya, the main headquarter of its activities where foreign investors are highly interested. Tekçe, which established Antalya's first 3 investment funds in the areas of "venture capital and real estate investment", brought the First Tekçe Land Property Investment Fund, creating a great chance for land investments.
Bayram Tekçe, who focuses on sustainable projects in the fields of the crypto market, Fintech, and Proptech, founded Apenin Technology AG in 2022, a crypto asset management company. Apenin Technology AG provides crypto gateway services and is based in Switzerland where commercial payments via cryptocurrencies are accredited.
In the same year, Tekçe added a new development to the integrated services that he started in the real estate field. Launched in 2022 as the registered trademark of Tekce Legal Consultancy SA, a legal consultancy company titled “Tekce Visa” is established in Spain, in partnership with Özkan Tekçe. Tekce Visa provides legal consultancy services on all issues that people who look for opportunities to start a new life abroad by purchasing real estate.
A visionary entrepreneur, Bayram Tekçe, continued to focus his attention on innovative areas. He founded Shark Instruments Sanat Ürünleri AŞ in 2018, in collaboration with guitarist Cem Köksal and Bahtiyar Balci. The efforts to establish Turkey's first guitar production factory are ongoing.
In 2023, Tekçe signed an investment partnership titled FenTek with Fenercioğlu A.Ş., one of the leading engineering and construction companies in Alanya, with the Spain Homes brand. FenTek Invest SA will first produce real estate projects in Spain and then in other countries in Europe.
In 2018, Tekçe established the GYODER Real Estate Export Committee and started civil society activities with the "real estate export vision" for Turkey. Since 2020, he has been on the board of directors of the Real Estate Service Exporters Association (GİGDER) as the founding Vice President, and as of 2023, he has been elected as the Chairman of GİGDER in 2023. TEKCE group companies are members of the Service Exporters Association, the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK), and the Spain Business Council.
Bayram Tekçe, who speaks English and Dutch at an advanced level, is married and has 2 children.
